What do you do when you NEED cheesecake but don’t want to spare the time or energy to make one? Make Instant No-Bake Cheesecake Spread!
I’ve never posted a recipe before but this morning I made something glorious. It made me happy and so I wanted to share it. Then I thought…you know, I have a lot of tasty recipes that I’ve made up…maybe I’ll start a new category!
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
a bit of vanilla extract
Put it in your mixer until it’s all smooth and creamy. Spread it on a graham cracker, or an apple if you so choose, add a berry or some chocolate sauce. And then eat it!
